Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. This gives our team enough time for scheduling. We understand that things happen and we are happy to reschedule your appointment!  You can simply give us a call/text or reach out to us on one of our platforms. 

 

(In an event where we are locked out or unable to get in to preform our services, or any cancellation made in 24 hours or less, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to $50.)

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed! We want you to be pleasantly surprised after every cleaning. We will always do a thorough walk through after every service. If no one is at the property, we will take pictures.

 

If you are ever unhappy, give us a call. We will re-do the job until you are 100% satisfied! (Please contact us with 48 hours of service and we will come back to finish the job correctly.)
